If you love your job, there’s nothing inherently wrong with that and in many cases, it’s probably what has allowed you to be as successful as you are. At some point in your career, hopefully sooner than later, you will have to decide whether your job will ultimately get you where you want to be. If you find yourself at this crossroad, you will need to do the analysis by evaluating the following things: people, place, meaningful work, and compensation.
